Here’s an impressive solar Christmas light display created by Fanman 1981 uploaded to YouTube last December (2010).  Fanman 1981 uses a Harbor Freight 2000 watt power inverter, a meter, some speaker wire, 2 watt cable and an intermatic timer. According to TakePart.com, two families in Sunnyvale, California have taken to decorating their homes with 88,000 solar-powered Christmas lights, automated reindeer blowing snow and catchy music. And to top it all off, the families do not charge visitors a cent to view their Christmas display. All they ask from guests are donations for the local food bank. Talk about . . .
